When I started doing cooking videos back in 2013 I didn't take it too seriously. I admit, some of the videos were stupid but the recipes were ALWAYS legit! Things are a lot different today, and I promise to take it seriously and ONLY bring you my favorite recipes that you will LOVE!

Here are the ingredients:
Chicken with skin on. I prefer thighs - you pick whatever you like best!
4 Tablespoons Dijon mustard. Add more if you like the flavor!
4oz Heavy Whipping Cream
16oz Buttermilk - not lowfat version! mushrooms of your choice
1 sweet onion chopped
butter/margarine
olive oil
flour
salt/pepper
2 cups dry white wine
cast iron skillet is preferred!
I served it with basmati rice cooked in mushroom stock which is so yummy!

Only 3 Ingredients and Super Easy To Make! Salmon, Honey & Sriracha Sauce! That's it! Equal parts honey & Sriracha sauce. I used my air fryer but you can use your broiler if you'd rather or don't have an air fryer. Just be sure to get that great char on your salmon!
Takes only about 10 minutes of prep and a total of 15 minutes cook time for one of the BEST Salmon dishes you'll ever have!

Ingredients:
2 POUNDS FRESH GREEN BEANS
3 SHALLOTS & 6 GARLIC CLOVES
1 POUND CREMINI / PORTOBELLO MUSHROOMS
2 TABLESPOONS FLOUR
2 TABLESPOONS BUTTER/BUTTER SUBSTITUTE
4 SPRIGS FRESH THYME
SEA SALT & CRACKED BLACK PEPPER
1 CUP HEAVY CREAM & 2 CUPS BUTTERMILK
1 TABLESPOON GARLIC PASTE
FRENCH’S FRIED ONIONS
Turkey - rub with olive oil then salt & pepper evenly. Bake in oven on 350 til the center reaches 165 degrees.
Oyster Dressing - Stuffing mix from Sprouts or any grocery, then my addition! Shallots sauteed in 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil & 1 tablespoon of butter. When shallots are clear, Add oysters for 1 minute to firm them up a bit. Then add to your stuffing, stir in well then cover for at least 5 minutes!

The Best and Easiest Curry Recipe! Make this with chicken or shrimp or vegetarian! If you do it vegetarian, add squash or eggplant and it's dee-licious!

20oz Can Diced Tomatoes
4 Garlic Cloves1
Diced Sweet Potato
1 Can Panang Curry Paste (get at Asian market!)
1 Can Coconut Milk
1.5 Pounds Peeled Shrimp or substitute with grilled chicken, eggplant or squash!

One of the best, and the easiest salad dressings that is so great on so many things! I've put it on duck and chicken and even pork! All you need is olive oil, balsamic vinegar and dijon mustard!
I don't like to bake. I don't like to make dough. But here is a way to make the best donuts without having to do any of that stuff using a simple roll of biscuits you buy at any grocery store! What You'll Need: 1 roll of biscuits vegetable oil 1 cup confectioners sugar 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 tablespoons whole milk pinch of salt 1 tablespoon of soft butter Be prepared for the BEST donuts you've ever had I can guarantee that! I don't believe in steak sauce on a good steak. But if you must, try this one!
What You'll Need:
1 1/4 cup of ketchup
2 tblsp Worsestershire sauce
2 tblsp yellow mustard
1 1/2 tblsp apple cider vinegar
sea salt / pepper / cayenne / diced grilled onion / minced garlic / orange zest / rosemary
This makes an amazing marinade for steak as well And it's great to dip your fries in too! Also if you wanna get really wild with it add a shot of bourbon! That is REALLY good too!
